Issue
- Error if the form is edited while it is filled out by any user

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in as Admin
2. Create a Form with 2 Text fields
3. Place the Form widget on the Home page, select the Form for display
4. In another browser or incognito window, fill the Form as a Guest but don't submit it
5. As Admin, edit the Form again and remove one field
6. Now submit the Form as Guest
Observed Behavior: The Form is temporarily unavailable.
Expected Behavior: Some friendly warnings should be there or the user needs to reload the page to fill out the new version of the form instead.

- Liferay DXP 7.2
- Liferay DXP 7.3
- Liferay DXP 7.4
Resolution
- The observed behavior is a known bug of DXP that has been addressed in DXP-7.3-update-26 and DXP-7.4-update-77
