Issue
- We are configuring a new environment and observing what looks to be a gradle license or certification related issue given the below error:
openssl config failed system library no such process
Failure build failed with an exception
A problem occurred configuring root project ‘s’
Could not resolve artifacts
Unable to laid maven meta-data

Resolution
- You can whitelist repo.maven.apache.org on the server.
