Issue

  • Scrolling to a specific div from URL (i.e. www.yourdomain.com/yourpage#scrollme) is not working on Liferay Pages if we add Liferay Form on the page. 

  • Once the form is loaded the page is scrolled to the top

Environment

  • DXP 7.4 prior to Update 73

Resolution

  • If you face the described behavior you have the following options to consider:
    • Upgrade to Liferay DXP 7.4 update 73 or higher
    • Contact Liferay support to create a hotfix that addresses the behavior.
