Issue
- The invalid extension document is uploaded with the valid extension name.
- Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Liferay DXP 7.4.
2. Navigate to Control Panel > System Settings > Documents and Media > Service.
3. Remove * from the 'File extension' and add .png, and .jpg in the file extension.
4. Navigate to Site Menu > Content and Data > Document and Media > Click on the add button and select 'File Upload'.
5. Upload a .png image > Publish.
6. Now, edit this same file and upload a '.json' file.
7. Click Publish. -
Observed behavior: The user is able to upload a JSON file which is not mentioned in the file extension.

Expected behavior: Should not be able to upload the file and UI error must be thrown.

Resolution
- The observed behavior is a known bug that is being addressed via LPS-197132.
- If a hotfix is required for this issue, please create a support ticket requesting a hotfix by attaching patch details.
