Issue
- We allow our customers to use the same email address for multiple accounts. Is there a workaround available so that our customers can still have multiple accounts associated with the same email address?
Resolution
- Liferay does not support the use of the same email address to support multiple accounts. Main email addresses must be unique per instance (companyId).
- Contact does, however, support the use of multiple email addresses, but not for logging in or notifications.
