最新版のURLでアクセスすると、ゲストユーザーがドキュメントを表示できない

問題

  • 文書で、ゲストユーザーに対して「表示」権限が有効になっている。
  • ゲストユーザーが最新版のURLを使ってドキュメントにアクセスしようとすると、ドキュメントにアクセスできません。

環境

  • Liferay DXP 7.4

解像度

  • ドキュメントの "最新版URL "から取得したリンクは、Guestユーザが使用するにはダウンロード権限が必要です。
  • クリーンバンドルでは、ドキュメントをDocuments & Mediaにアップロードすると、"Viewable by "フィールドがデフォルトで "Anyone (Guest Role) "に設定されます。 こうすることで、ゲストにも閲覧・ダウンロード権限が与えられる。
  • ただし、サイトに少なくとも1つのプライベート・ページがある場合、"Viewable by "フィールドのデフォルト値は "Site Members "になります。 これを手動で "Anyone (Guest Role) "に変更しても、ドキュメントにはゲスト用の閲覧権限はありますが、ダウンロード権限はありません。
