Issue

  • The deployment process failed with the following error message:
Some error has happened during the build. Try again. [{"message":"Bad Request","status":400,"errors":[{"reason":"certificateDoesNotMatchPrivateKey","context":{"message":"The SSL certificate does not match the SSL private key"}}]}].

Environment

  • Liferay PaaS

Resolution

  • The error message indicates a mismatch between the SSL certificate and the SSL private key. To resolve this issue, check if the SSL certificate needs an upgrade and reattempt the deployment.
