Issue

  • When attempting to work with a new token for DocuSign integration, the following errors are observed:
    DEBUG [https-jsse-nio-443-exec-38][DSEnvelopeManagerImpl:177] [LPP-50430] value of Json Object is {"errorCode":"AUTHORIZATION_INVALID_TOKEN","message":"The access token provided is expired, revoked or malformed."}

Environment

  • Liferay dxp 7.4
  • DocuSign

Resolution

  • The token is created based on the credentials (apiUsername, environment, integrationKey, rsaPrivateKey) and stored in a cache.
  • Since all credentials remain the same, please, try to clear the cache located in Global Menu > System > Server Administration > Cache Actions
