Issue

  • When adding analytics tracking code for services such as Google Tag Manager or Facebook, there are instances when the browser shows an error indicating net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT

Environment

  • Liferay DXP 7.4, Liferay Quarterly Releases

Resolution

  • This error indicates that the content was blocked by the client. Please check to see if you have any ad blockers, privacy protections, or content restrictions on your browser.
