Older Build Date of Zulu JDK 21 in 2025.Q1.1 LTS Container Image

Issue

• Installing a custom JDK is discouraged, even if it's another OpenJDK 21 variant. Liferay supports specific certified configurations, and deviations can lead to unforeseen issues.
