仮想インスタンスの作成ができない

問題

  • 仮想インスタンスを作成しようとすると、「有効な仮想ホストを入力してください」というエラーが表示される。 実際にバーチャルホストが動作していることが確認されています。 com.liferay.portal.service.impl.CompanyLocalServiceImpl の DEBUG ログを有効にすると、ログに以下のメッセージが表示されます：
    Sep 09 14:38:40.604 build-624 [liferay-67f9c9f6c-xltd6] [dxp] WARN [http-nio2-8080-exec-10][CompanyLocalServiceImpl:1633] null
    Sep 09 14:38:40.604 build-624 [liferay-67f9c9f6c-xltd6] com.liferay.portal.kernel.exception.CompanyVirtualHostException：重複した仮想ホスト名 abc.xyz.com

環境

  • Liferay DXP 7.4

解像度

  • このメッセージは、同じホスト名がDXPのどこかで使われていることを表しています。 サイト構成]の[Virtual Host]オプションを確認することができます。
