Upgrade to 2024.Q4.5/6 fails with "Unable to upgrade com.liferay.object.service to 10.2.0 from 10.0.0"

Issue

• I am trying to upgrade to 2024.Q4.5 or 2024.Q4.6.
• The upgrade fails with the following error:

  java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to upgrade com.liferay.object.service to 10.2.0 from 10.0.0

          at com.liferay.portal.upgrade.internal.executor.UpgradeExecutor$UpgradeStepRegistratorServiceTrackerCustomizer.addingService(UpgradeExecutor.java:330) ~[?:?]
          at com.liferay.portal.upgrade.internal.executor.UpgradeExecutor$UpgradeStepRegistratorServiceTrackerCustomizer.addingService(UpgradeExecutor.java:290) ~[?:?]

Environment

• 2024.Q4.5 and 2024.Q4.6

Resolution

• This is fixed in 2024.Q4.7: LPD-48218.
• Avoid using version 2024.Q4.5 and 2024.Q4.6.
  • 2024.Q4.5 is no longer available.
  • 2024.Q4.6 is available, but its use is discouraged.
