フラグメントの場合、HTMLを編集することでアンカーポイントを設定することが可能です。
他の例として、Webコンテンツでは特定のアンカー要素へのリンクをUI上で指定する操作が可能です。(添付画像: アンカー要素へのリンク指定例 #id)
