ドキュメントプレビューの生成に関するトラブルシューティング/デバッグの提案

問題

  • ドキュメントのプレビューが生成されないようで、「プレビューの生成には数分かかります」というメッセージが表示され続けています。 ログにエラーはありません。
  • プレビュー生成中に何が起こっているのか、何が間違っているのか、どのようにトラブルシューティングやログを取得すればよいのでしょうか？

環境

  • 7.4

解決

  • コントロールパネル/サーバー管理/ログで、以下のエントリーのログレベルをDEBUGに上げます：

com.liferay.portal.util.FileImpl
com.liferay.document.library
com.liferay.portlet.documentlibrary
com.liferay.portal.store
com.liferay.adaptive.media

 

その後、再度テストしてログを確認します。 (また、既存のドキュメントのプレビューやサムネイルをリセットすることもできます。 「ドキュメントとメディアのプレビューとサムネイルをリセットします。」オプションの意味は何ですか?）
