注：Liferay は、Liferay Experience Could オファリングの名称を次のように変更しました。 Liferay SaaS(旧 LXC) と Liferay PaaS(旧 LXC-SM)となりました。

問題

  • バックアップサービスが正常に動作しておらず、ログに以下のエラーが記録されています： 
    [ERROR] Error: customer-X (mailto:customer-X) does not have storage.buckets.get access to the Google Cloud Storage bucket. リソースに対するパーミッション 'storage.buckets.get' が拒否されました (または存在しない可能性があります)。

環境

  • Liferay Paas
  • バックアップサービス 5.16.0

解像度

  • バージョン5.16.0では、ストレージバケットを作成する際にパーミッションの問題があることが判明しました。
  • 回避策は バックアップサービスを以前のバージョンにアップグレードすることです。例えば5.15.0。
  • これは将来のバージョンで修正される。
