Issue
- When upgrading to 2024.Q1.6, the upgrade appears to get stuck on com.liferay.layout.internal.upgrade.v1_0_0.LayoutPermissionsUpgradeProcess, does not progress further.

Resolution
- This is caused by LPD-31866, in which a suitable index is not available during the upgrade.
- An official fix is currently in progress, but a potential workaround is to first upgrade to 7.4 U92, and then to 2024.Q1.6
