I cannot comment, vote or subscribe to Jira tickets

Issue

• I would like to follow Feature Request tickets in Jira.
• I used to be able to vote, subscribe to Jira tickets or even leave a comment but I cannot do this anymore.

 

Environment

• Jira

 

Resolution

• This change happened during Jira Cloud migration and that's why your account has a different set of permissions.
• The new behavior is intended as we now have a new process for opening and handling Feature Requests (see link below).
