LIFERAY.HEADLESS.DELIVERY scope missing or delayed in OAuth 2 applications

Issue

• The LIFERAY.HEADLESS.DELIVERY scope is missing or delayed in appearing when creating or managing OAuth 2 applications.
• The issue can occur intermittently, with the scope sometimes appearing after a delay of several hours.
• Reindexing, restarting the application server, or creating new OAuth 2 applications do not immediately resolve the issue.

Environment

• DXP 7.4 before Update 88

Resolution

• This issue was resolved by LPS-190491 in Update 88, and further improvements were made by LPS-192126 in Update 92.
