How to Send Individual Emails for Workflow Notifications

Issue

• In a workflow, email notifications are sent to all users in a role as a single email with all recipients in the "To:" field.
• How to send individual emails to each user or a single email with recipients BCC'd?

Environment

• DXP 7.4+

Resolution

• Create separate workflow notifications for each user.
• While Notification Templates allow sending individual emails, this is currently only supported for Objects. See Creating Notification Templates.
